How do I place an order?
The easiest way to order is on our website. Click on the "Add to Cart" button that appears on the item page. You will be taken through our secure ordering process (using PayPal's secure shopping cart). You are welcome to use a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) or pay with your PayPal account (for the eBayers and techies out there).

To pay by check or use a credit card over the phone, send us an email at info@elleandevans.com and a customer service rep will follow up with you. Please do not include your credit card information in your order email but do include a contact number.

How do I personalize my pillow and my gift card?
Please see our personalization page for detailed instructions on how to add a name, initials or monogram to your baby's pillow as well as how to include a message on a gift card.

Is your order process secure?
Absolutely! PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Elle & Evans never sees any of your financial information. Once your payment is complete, PayPal will email you a receipt.

Will I receive an email confirming that my order has been placed?
Yes, we will send you an email as soon as we receive your order.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We will only add tax to your order if you are having your items shipped to anywhere in the state of California. The tax will then be 8.5% of your total order. The tax will automatically be added to your order total on your order form during the checkout process. If your items are being shipped anywhere other than the state of California, no tax will be charged.

When will I get my pillow(s)?
Please anticipate 2-3 weeks for delivery. We ship USPS Priority which takes about 2-3 days.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We do not currently publish a catalog. However, you can find all of our products at elleandevans.com
